From our farms to your table

Our coffee grows in the mountains around Morales, in Cauca, between 1,500 and 2,100 meters above sea level, where cool nights slow the ripening of each cherry.

Morales, Cauca

The soils are volcanic and rich in organic matter. About 2.8° N, the farms get steady light all year, sheltered by the Colombian Massif, with a main harvest and a second, smaller one called the mitaca.

Why 2°N?

Every farm we work with, in Morales and the neighboring municipalities of central Cauca, sits just above 2° north of the equator. That latitude gives our coffee steady light all year, and the mountains give it cool nights. Grown at 2° North, shipped north to you.

Who we are

  • Every lot with farm, variety and process
